POLICY

 Before You Book:

1. Turnaround Time:
   - Beauty services: 5-10 days
   - Commercial services: 2 weeks
   - Product services: 5-7 days
   - Clients should book accordingly if they need images by a certain time.

2. Customization Options:
   - No intricate edits unless previously discussed.
   - **Only if this was discussed**: Add-on options available.

3. Booking Fee:
   - 30% booking studio fee, deducted from the final total.
   - The booking fee is non-refundable but can be transferred if rescheduling within the allotted time period.
   - All forms of payment accepted; the remainder is due on the day of the shoot.

4. Cancellation Policy:
   - You may cancel your booking up to 6 days before your scheduled shoot without incurring a charge. If you cancel after this period, you will be charged 50% of the final total.
   - Rescheduling is allowed if done at least 5 days before your shoot. Any rescheduling after this period will incur a new booking fee, as studio times are allocated for other clients and photographers. You may reschedule only once per booking.
   
**Example**:
     - If your appointment is on September 10th, you can cancel up to September 4th at 11:59 PM (6 days before).
     
     - If your appointment is on September 10th, you can reschedule up to September 5th at 11:59 PM (5 days before). :)


5. Travel Fee:
   - Charged for travel outside the 20-mile Milton, Massachusetts area.
   - Fee depends on the distance and can be discussed further.

6. Client's Pricing Usage:
   - Clients can use their photos as they wish after editing.
   - Notify if you do not want photos posted on the website or blog.
